SCHWEINFURT – From December 1, 2020, the annual consumption reading of Stadtwerke Schweinfurt GmbH will take place again. All customers are asked to report their meter readings for electricity, gas, drinking water and district heating to Stadtwerke Schweinfurt by December 31, 2020.
To contain the COVID-19 pandemic, there will be no on-site meter readings this year. The municipal utilities send reading cards to all customers, which can be used to report meter readings by post free of charge.
Digital and around the clock
In addition, meter readings can also be reported quickly and easily online at www.stadtwerke-sw.de via the customer portal of Stadtwerke Schweinfurt. You can conveniently enter and transmit the meter readings in the customer portal. Customers can have the online report confirmed by email.
In person by phone
A quick report by phone is also possible again on weekdays between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. at 09721 931-294. Customers are asked to have the meter number ready for this purpose.
