In order to offer parents better care options on shift work, a 24-hour daycare center is to open in Reinickendorf soon. The “Berliner Morgenpost” had previously reported.
According to the institution, three different accommodation models are planned: On the one hand, in conventional operation 24 hours a day, seven days a week, on the other hand as a “children’s hotel / emergency day care center for spontaneous and short-term solutions”, as the website says.
In addition, the facility should also be able to serve as a second daycare center. “Flexible care options in groups, including short-term care” should be possible, according to the official statement.
