What she puts in her head, she pulls off! Sophia Thomalla (31) has always been super slim and well trained – but in the past few months the presenter has gone one better. Believe it or not, she has gained ten kilos of pure muscle mass and seems to feel very comfortable in her skin. But what was actually the trigger for your fitness fever? In an interview she sheds light on the darkness!

“I think I was sick of that skinny look that I’ve had for five or six years now”, explained Sophia in conversation with RTL. For this reason, she decided a few months ago to start weight training. She has always been athletic – but instead of reaching for a two-kilo dumbbell, the power woman now wants to know and trains with considerable 20-kilo dumbbells. “After all, we want to build up a lot of muscle mass,” she clarifies.
