Actress Rebel Wilson (40) has achieved her goal! The Australian declared 2020 her “Year of Health” and slimmed down with a lot of sport and a healthy diet. It should be around 20 kilos less.
Now she reveals that she reached her goal before the end of the year: “I reached my desired weight and that a month earlier!” “Even if it’s not about a number, it’s about being healthy, I needed a tangible measurement as a goal and that was 75 kilos,” she reveals to her more than nine million followers.
A few weeks ago, Wilson revealed to the US magazine “People” that she used to eat around 3000 calories a day, most of them carbohydrates.
Today her menu consists mainly of poultry and fish. However, she also admitted that there are still unhealthy weeks today that she simply ticks off.
Food has always been a big topic for the comedy queen: “I think I ate for emotional reasons and sometimes too much because I didn’t love myself enough,” she revealed to “People”. “That’s how I dealt with the stress of becoming internationally famous.” She prefers to reach for donuts.
At the beginning of the year, she questioned her way of life for the first time: “Why didn’t I appreciate myself and had a better self-esteem?” : “I will never be absolutely thin, but I feel so much healthier.”
On the way to her new “I”, her friend Jacob Busch (29) was always at her side: “Jacob is incredibly supportive in every way,” an insider told the US magazine.
Since September 2019, the slim “Pitch Perfect” actress and the brewery entrepreneur have been making life together. But Rebel makes it clear that this has nothing to do with her weight: “This guy liked me with almost 100 kilos and now with 75 kilos”.
She is currently taking a cure at a medical spa in Austria, where she has lost the last few pounds.
