Berlin (dpa / bb) – At the Charlottenburg S-Bahn station in Berlin, a person fell into the track bed with his bike on Thursday afternoon and was slightly injured. Travelers were able to save the initially unspecified person in time, but the bike was run over by an incoming S-Bahn, said a spokeswoman for the federal police. According to initial findings, the person drove along the edge of the platform. How the fall came about was initially unclear. The route was then closed for almost an hour, according to the spokeswoman. According to the railway, there were delays and individual cancellations on lines S3, S5, S7 and S9.
