Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner: First the White House, then “Billionaire Bunker” – people

What should come after you’ve already been to the White House?

Ivanka Trump, the daughter of US President Trump, and husband Jared Kushner, who both work as advisors in the White House, are planning their lives after Papa Donald’s tenure.

Obviously it shouldn’t be less luxurious. Allegedly, the couple has just bought more than 30 million dollars in property – on the island of “Indian Creek”, which belongs to Miami and is not called “Billionaire’s Bunker” for nothing. This is reported by “Page Six” .

“Indian Creek” is a private island. And one of the safest places in Florida. 13 police officers work on the island watch – with only 29 houses!

“Page Six” reports that the couple allegedly bought “Lot 4”, which previously belonged to the Spanish hit star Julio Iglesias. That would be 1.84 hectares with 60 meters of private promenade for exactly 31.8 million US dollars (26.3 million euros).

In addition: the property has the family bonus. It is only about an hour away from Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago Club, where he plans to retire as ex-president. Also, Jared’s younger brother Joshua and supermodel wife Karlie Kloss bought a home in Miami for $ 22 million this year before their first child was born.

Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner also have a New York apartment on Park Avenue, which they reportedly want to keep.

But the neighborhood on Indian Creek is as exclusive as in few other places on the east coast of the USA: football coach Don Shula, supermodel Adriana Lima, the entrepreneur Eddie Lampert and the billionaire Jeff Soffer.

So far, the couple has lived with their three children (not shown in the photo: Theodore, 4) in Washington’s prestigious Kalorama district – in a house of the Chilean millionaire AndrĂ³nico Luksic for rent for $ 15,000.
