This follows the recent issue of a Certification of Non-Overlap (“CNO”) to the Company, the states that the FTAA area is outside the ancestral area of the indigenous cultural communities / indigenous peoples.
The company’s FTAA is supported by residents of the local communities in and around the Didipio-mine, including indigenous peoples, strongly supported. The enterprise looks forward to further cooperation with the national government aiming to complete the renewal of the FTAA.
As a contractor to the Philippine Government and more responsible multinational mining company the company is ready and waiting to resume Didipio operations and Farther on the recovery of the Philippines after COVID-19 to contribute.
The company will market as part of the renewal process of the FTAA continues to inform.
