The first Galaxy Chromebook from Samsung mixed up the Chromebook market with its high-quality equipment. While most Chromebooks rely on more rudimentary equipment and are only intended for web browsing and simple work on office tasks, Samsung beat another with a 13.3-inch 4K AMOLED display on its first Galaxy Chromebook Way one. There was also an Intel Core i5-10210U with 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of SSD storage. However, there were problems above all with the battery, which was empty too quickly, and its rather poor performance due to the moderate cooling.
Unfortunately, the Galaxy Chromebook never made its way onto the shelves at home. It is still unclear at this point whether the Galaxy Chromebook 2 will also be available in Germany at launch. Nor is it known how much it will cost. An official presentation can be expected as early as CES 2021 in January, and these questions should be answered.
