Stuttgart (dpa / lsw) – © The  processing of November and December aid is only starting slowly in Baden-Württemberg. So far, a little more than 50,000 applications have been made, as the state parliament’s economic committee announced on Thursday in Stuttgart, citing a report by Economics Minister Nicole Hoffmeister-Kraut (CDU). Processing has only been possible since January 12, which is done in Baden-Württemberg via the L-Bank and external service providers. Federal aid has been slow to flow because of a problem with federal software.

The  subsidy amounts to 75 percent of the respective average sales in November and December 2019 – pro rata for the respective duration of the closings. With the bridging aid, fixed operational costs such as rents and leases are reimbursed.

According to the announcement, a good 2.6 billion euros have so far flowed to companies in Baden-Württemberg from the various Corona aid pots. In the course of the Corona emergency aid alone, around 278,000 applications have been received in the country. So far 240,000 applications have been paid out, the total amount is 2.2 billion euros. Almost 432 million euros have so far flowed from other auxiliary pots. ©

The  pots are financed from federal and state funds.
