The investigations into a series of right-wing extremist attacks in Berlin’s Neukölln district are not making progress.
The arrest warrant for a suspect was overturned and the man released from custody.
The district court no longer sees any urgent suspicion against him, said a court spokeswoman on Friday. A second suspect is also free, he had never been in custody. Both men were arrested shortly before Christmas on suspicion of being involved in the arson attack on the car of a local left-wing politician.
