Top employer at all levels
For the fourth time in a row, Takeda International was officially named “Global Top Employer 2021” by the Top Employers Institute. The certification is awarded annually to companies around the world that put their employees at the center of their business activities. Alexandra Hilgers, Human Resources Director at Takeda in Austria, proudly declares: “ The recent ‘Top Employer’ certification for Takeda Austria makes a significant contribution to the global award, because Takeda in Austria is the largest location in the global Takeda network with 4,500 employees . It is very important to us to create optimal framework conditions for our employees so that they can fully exploit their potential. The repeated award is a great success for all of us. “
For the evaluation, all Takeda branches throughout Austria were comprehensively analyzed and rated according to objective criteria. To this end, the Top Employers Institute examines ten areas of practice: talent strategy, personnel planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, training & development, performance management, executive development, career and succession planning, compensation & benefits and corporate culture.
