Selected customers are contacted by an employee of the Alexander McQueen label. All items that the customer would like to sell are evaluated and, if necessary, given a price for repurchase. As soon as the items have been received and authenticated by Alexander McQueen, the customer receives a credit note with which new styles can be purchased immediately in selected Alexander McQueen stores. After the articles have gone through the authentication process at Vestiaire Collective, the designs are provided with a so-called NFC label, which gives potential new buyers access to information that confirms the authenticity of the article. The unique styles can be purchased on a special “Brand Approved” page in the Vestiaire Collective app and on the website.
