World of Warcraft, Diablo, Overwatch, Hearthstone and Starcraft are games that made Blizzard famous across national borders. A real walk through the art exhibition at BlizzCon is not possible this year, but the developers have come up with a much better idea – the Californians are opening a virtual gallery in which you can view many works of art, large and small, from the comfort of your home.
Usually there is on everyone BlizzCon a large exhibition showing the models, artwork and concept art. This year, the real world walk through the BlizzCon gallery is canceled. Still, that doesn’t mean that we can’t admire the latest works of art. To honor the work of all the artists and their work, Blizzard invites players to a virtual gallery that you can visit from home at any time.
You can find a digital gallery for every Blizzard game on the official homepage, as well as a unique archive for first Warcraft concepts. In addition to WoW artwork, there are also tons of other works of art from Diablo, Overwatch, Hearthstone and Starcraft. This virtual gallery was long overdue! After all, the small but fine art gallery is accessible to many more Blizzard fans than just real visitors to the BlizzCon exhibition. We have selected some highlights for you:
