 BVB admits corona violations at celebrations after Derby victory |  02/21/21


DORTMUND (dpa-AFX) – Borussia Dortmund (BVB (Borussia Dortmund)) has admitted violations of the corona rules after the jubilation following the 4-0 victory in the derby at FC Schalke 04. This was “not to be tolerated”, it said in a statement by the Bundesliga club on Sunday. According to this, 150 to 200 fans cheered the BVB team outside of the training area and sometimes neither wore masks nor kept the necessary distance. In addition, the players celebrated on the bus and filmed it “in exuberance,” as the club announced.
