Corona in Berlin: Incidence value continues to rise in Berlin – 287 new infections


 The  seven-day incidence of corona infections continues to rise in Berlin. On Monday, the health administration registered 57.2 new infections per 100,000 inhabitants in seven days, more than the incidence of 56.6 cases on Sunday. On Saturday and Friday, the value was still 54.9.

After the value had fallen significantly in recent weeks, the trend recently reversed. © The  corresponding Corona traffic light remains on red. It would only jump to yellow from a value of 30, and to green from 20.

Twelve people died

On Monday, 287 newly infected people were registered in Berlin. ©

 The  number of cases rose to 127 185. Twelve people also died from or with the virus. ©

 The  number of deaths since the beginning of the pandemic rose to 2,740 in Berlin.


 The  corona traffic light continues to show yellow for the proportion of intensive care beds occupied by Covid 19 patients: it is currently 19.5 percent. ©

 The  threshold for a red traffic light signal is 25 percent.
