18 communities “virus-free”
The Landeck district continues to have the fewest corona cases in all of Tyrol. According to the Tyrolean Corona Dashboard, there are currently 34 “actively positive” people in 12 of the 30 communities in the district, an overview of the cases by community:
- Fließ: 6
- Landeck and Zams: each 4
- Kappl, Ladis, Pfunds and Strengen: 3 each
- Ischgl, Prutz and Nauders: each 2
- Schönwies and Serfaus: each 1
To date, 34,261 tests have been carried out in the Landeck district, 2,989 people are said to have recovered and 41 deaths have been recorded (as of February 22, 2021, 8:30 a.m.).
KH Zams: Four patients in the normal ward
The number of infected people in inpatient treatment in Tyrol is 82 (+1 compared to yesterday, Sunday), of which 20 (-2 compared to yesterday, Sunday) are in the intensive care unit. In the St. Vinzenz Zams hospital, four infected patients are treated in the normal ward; there are no Covid patients in the intensive care unit (as of February 22, 10 a.m.).
Throughout Tyrol, the Schwaz district is at the top with 208 “active positives”, and the number of corona cases is also in the three-digit range in Innsbruck-Land (136), Kufstein (126), Innsbruck-Stadt (105) and Lienz (105) . Behind it are the districts of Kitzbühel (85), Imst (77), Reutte (71) and Landeck (34).
