Unlike the Formentor with plug-in drive, the VZ5 has all-wheel drive to bring the performance of the five-cylinder to the road. 
The chassis, which has been lowered by 10 millimeters, also helps. And in order to adequately keep the concentrated power in check, new 18-inch brake discs with 6-piston brake calipers from Akebono are used in the Formentor VZ5.
In addition, there are 20-inch wheels designed exclusively for the Formentor VZ5, which not only contribute a lot to the driving dynamics, but also to the sporty look. This is particularly emphasized by additional air inlets in the front and the specially developed rear diffuser.
The new sporty flagship from Cupra will be launched in a limited series of 7,000 pieces.
The first models should be delivered towards the end of the year.
The Cupra Formentor VZ5 can be ordered from May.
