“I like myself for who I am!”

After a two-year hiatus, Sophia Thiel reported back to YouTube as a complete surprise last week.  The  bodybuilder has now also published a new video there that cost the 25-year-old to overcome.

 The  influencer, who was best known for her sports mania, discipline and washboard abs, took a two-year break. Now she is back and presenting her new self to her subscribers on YouTube.

“It took a long time”

In another video, Sophia Thiel had already explained that the reason for her long break was her changed body. Actually, the 25-year-old hadn’t planned to stay away that long. Several attempts at comeback failed, however. She always thought, “I can’t come back if I don’t look this way.”

“I can be myself again”

In April 2020, she had already shot a video, but when she looked at the material, everything spilled up again. “I was like, ‘How do you look?’ I couldn’t upload that, it’s not me. I don’t recognize myself. ”
