Zug outclassed Davos – ZSC with a runaway victory in Rapperswil – Bern beats Ambri
Davos – move 2: 7
In the game Davos – Zug (2: 7), the Davos team took the player protest too seriously. Meanwhile, after the start of the game, which was delayed by two minutes, Leader Zug started like the fire brigade, and Davos went on strike.
Leader Zug led 2-0 after twelve minutes and 5-0 in the middle of the game. The absences of top scorer Andres Ambühl, Dino Wieser, Félicien Du Bois (all injured), David Ullström and Teemu Turunen (both sick) cannot explain the poor Davos performance.
The most amazing fact of the game. HC Davos, which has scored the most goals of all NLA teams so far this season, only got six (!) Shots on goal by the 0: 5 after 30 minutes.
Yannick Zehnder scored the 4-0 for Zug and already 15 goals this season.
The 23-year-old has never scored more than six goals in the National League. Four years ago, in his first NLB season, he had scored 14 times.

Ambri – Bern 1: 4
For the first time in 13 months, Bern celebrated three wins in a row in the National League. Ambri, on the other hand, lost for the seventh time in a row.
The Leventines have not won any of their last five home games.
The y only scored six goals in these five home games. In the table, Ambri fell behind SC Bern – with the same number of points (34), but four more games.
This six-point game had started perfectly for Ambri.
The Ticino took a 1-0 lead after just 82 seconds with the first shot on goal and the first goal of the season by Patrick Incir. After that, however, not much went on for Ambri:
The home team received eight two-minute penalties in a row. Three of these Ambri penalties led directly or indirectly to goals conceded (at 1: 3, Patrick Fohrler was allowed to return to the ice immediately before the goal was conceded).
For the first time this season, SC Bern is commemorating the big SCB, which has won titles so regularly in recent years.
The Bernese have won four of their last five games. And in the last three successes, they prevailed after the backlog. And with Cory Conacher in the line-up, who moved back to SCB from Lausanne last Monday, Bern won three of three games.

Rapperswil – Zurich 2: 6
From the 20th minute, the Rapperswil-Jona Lakers were able to play in the home game against the ZSC Lions for almost six minutes in the majority, for 129 seconds even in double. But instead of shortening it to 1: 2, the St. Gallen conceded the 0: 3 (23rd), for which defender Patrick Geering was responsible.
The final score was 6-2 in favor of the Lions.
The 3-0 win was not the only shorthander from Zurich in this game, 34 seconds before the second break, Raphael Prassl also met during a power play by the Lakers.
The Rapperswilers already conceded 8 and 9 goals against in the current championship, although they had to accept two shorthanders in the same game in the 5-7 against Davos.
It wasn’t that the ZSC played the Lakers against the wall.
The hosts also had good chances, but they were sometimes negligent and only scored when the match had already been decided. With the Lions, Prassl also scored the 6: 1 (58th) after the 5-0.
The 4-0 (34th) was achieved by Sven Andrighetto, who also had the stick in the first two goals and scored in the 17th game in a row.

Lausanne – Geneva 2: 3nV
At Lac Léman, the Genève-Servette Hockey Club competes with HC Lausanne for supremacy. Geneva caught up with Lausanne on points with a 3-2 win after extra time and won three of four direct encounters in this championship.
Lausanne, a title candidate according to its own claims, is currently always finding new ways to defeat.
The Vaudois led 2-1 against Servette until the 46th minute, but then conceded the equalizer through Linus Omark. In extra time, Noah Rod scored the winning goal after 80 seconds.
Lausanne’s ambitious hockey club has lost the last four games and all of them after tours. Servette, on the other hand, has won four times in a row and won six of the last seven games. Linus Omark, who scored three times against the Lakers on Friday, scored two goals again.
