“Off goes Luzi”
Candidate works at Jauch
By Nina Jerzy
With question three the nightmare for Chrstine Schorer was there. Every candidate in “Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?” it dreads embarrassing yourself in the opening round up to 500 euros.
The fact that Sascha Pendo even needed a joker in the first round in 2003 is no consolation (the question back then was: “Why is she …?” A: blonde stupid, B: trout dumb, C: crooked banana, D: Show already around). Schorer caught it on Monday evening in the double episode when asked for 200 euros. You should know: “Where there is really a lot going on, the post is literally going off – or does the …?” “Is it Leni?” Asked the unsuspecting candidate. Her husband put his hands over his face in the audience. A state of mind that his successor could well understand.
The host insisted on showing the mental coach from Thannhausen in Bavaria a little. He had the ex-candidates demonstrate in the audience that everyone really knew the correct answer “Luzi”. Of this one hundred percent quota, however, only 95 percent remained with the candidate joker that Schorer had to draw. “Who pressed the Leni. Who? Who was it?” Jauch immediately fell into Inquisitor mode. “You made me so crazy”, justified the wrongdoer in the audience and tried it with humor: “I just wanted to get on TV.”
“Thank you for your trust”
In the end, Schorer may not shine with knowledge, but with much stronger nerves than her husband. “I can’t take it anymore, I’m nervous. I’m already at the end,” he complained after the 500 euro question. Because he had expected a lot from his wife’s profit. “We had big goals, I wanted to reduce working hours,” said Schorer’s husband later in the show. “It doesn’t look like it right now.” “Thank you for your trust,” commented the candidate dryly. She finally got out with 16,000 euros.
The Berliner, who works for an umbrella organization for non-governmental organizations, needed the first joker for the 500 euro question. “Now I’m in the Luzi situation, too,” Kirste grumbled. A physical characteristic was sought. Correct answer: receding forehead. Kirste only knew the receding chin and preferred to secure the answer with the 50/50 joker.
The candidate did not let this undermine her self-confidence. Kirste said she was just too intelligent for these simple questions. Apparently she felt too intellectually challenged in the following group.
The Berliner could not say with certainty whether a missed chance in football would be called top-class or a gem or gem. So her telephone joker had to save 1000 euros.
Jauch does not work
The question is formulated really stupid,” Kirste grumbled two laps later. In the end, however, she realized for herself that the uncle could not only be the mother’s brother but also her brother-in-law.
The n the commercial manager got going and survived the 16,000 euro round without any further jokers. She celebrated that with a Twerk contribution. “That’s the one with the butt,” Jauch recognized correctly.
The moderator does a lot in the RTL quiz show. For him, however, the shame line runs when it comes to shaking: “I like to embarrass myself elsewhere.”
So Kirste had to compete solo. However, she only indulges in twerking as a fitness exercise; dancing is not her thing. “I don’t have a sense of rhythm. Fortunately, you don’t need that when you shake your ass,” explained the Berliner and demonstrated her favorite sport, bent over or standing upright. “Do the electric eel again.
The show was over by then.
The candidate will come back next Monday and will still have the two public jokers up his sleeve despite the weak start. As one WWM statistics fan explained during the gaming weeks, they are especially valuable towards the end, in contrast to the overrated telephone joker. Maybe Kirste’s friend doesn’t have to compete to save his honor anymore. He would also like to be featured in “Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?” participate. “Maybe he can make up for the shame,” the Berliner had put her light under the bushel. New special idea for RTL: the big partner duel special.
