More than 6,500 guest workers died as part of the preparations for the 2022 World Cup in Qatar from 2010 to 2020. 
The “Guardian” reports this after calculating various data. Among other things, the Pakistani embassy in Qatar alone recorded 824 deaths from their country during this period.
