Sony is bringing its Play-At-Home initiative back this year, expanding it from last year.
The Nathan Drake Collection and Journey – in Germany Knack 2 and Journey – to its players.
This year, Play At Home starts on March 1st, 2021 and on the occasion of that, Sony is giving away Ratchet & Clank for the PS4, which was released in 2016.
The past 12 months have not been easy,” writes Sony’s President and CEO, Jim Ryan. “And I think we are all hopeful that, thanks to the tireless work in the medical field and people around the world, we are slowly beginning to see some bright spots at the end of this long COVID-19 tunnel.”
“In these historic times, we could all use something to look forward to and another reason to be safe social distancing. So we’re excited to have a free selection of great games and some entertainment.”
This year the Play-At-Home program runs from March to June.
From March 25, 2021, players can also benefit from an extended test phase for Funimation or the European offshoot Wakanim – “In addition to the 14-day standard test version, new users can receive an additional 90 days,” it says.
Sony has not yet revealed what you will get in the coming months.
