Alfa Romeo C41: new look and new nose

Alfa Romeo has presented its Formula 1 racing car for the 2021 season. Kimi Räikkönen and Antonio Giovinazzi unveiled their new company car at a glamorous ceremony in Warsaw.

The  Formula 1 team Alfa Romeo presented the car for the coming season in Warsaw. Like its predecessors, the C41 comes in red and white.

Warsaw and the imposing “Great © The ater” as the place of presentation are related to the partnership between the Zurich racing team and Poland’s state-owned mineral oil and petrochemical company Orlen. © The  company has been supporting the team as the second title sponsor alongside Alfa Romeo since last season.

The  regulations for the construction of the C41, which were adjusted under the influence of the corona pandemic, did not allow more than a further development of last year’s car. ©

The  innovations are limited to a few components. ©

The  engineers in Hinwil, under the direction of Technical Director Jan Monchaux, made changes to the front nose and underbody in advance to improve aerodynamics.

Kimi Räikkönen and Antonio Giovinazzi, who form the driver duo for the third season in a row, will drive the first laps in the C41 during the three-day test drives in Sakhir in Bahrain in mid-March. Two weeks later, the season starts in the same place.
