For fun, candidate Christine Schorer quickly turned serious on Monday evening. She was excited, said the woman, when she sat on the advice chair of the RTL quiz show “Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?” Took a seat. Whereupon Günther Jauch quipped: “That generally leads to failure within the first five questions.” That would be over quickly, the moderator teased.

Unfortunately, however, it quickly became apparent how correct Jauch was with his prediction. Because already at the third question, the Bavarian stumbled.  The  answer was the options Elli, Luzi, Leni and Gerdi.

 The  first questions are actually very easy to answer for most candidates and serve as a warm-up. But Schorer was standing on the hose and didn’t know what to do next: “I have no idea,” she admitted. “Oh, then I’m absolutely right with my little prognosis,” said Jauch happily.

And teased further: He asked all studio guests who know the answer to get up. “I’m just looking for the one who stays seated,” Jauch etched. Unsurprisingly, all those present rose. Jauch only increased the pressure on the candidate.

Suddenly she had an inspiration and was convinced that Leni was the correct answer. Her husband in the audience covered his face in shame. After all, the woman decided to question the audience – and got a clear result: 95 percent recommended Luzi.

Christine Schorer made it up to 16,000 euros – from which she wants to buy a diamond ring.
