North Rhine-Westphalia introduces the possibility of regional differentiation with the corona restrictions.
Health Minister Laumann – CDU – announced this in Düsseldorf. According to this, municipalities with more than 100 new infections per 100,000 inhabitants can choose between a lockdown and a so-called test option within seven days. With this, the currently relaxed opening regulations can be retained – but only for customers, visitors and users with a daily negative test result. According to Laumann, the two-variant rule takes into account the increasingly different infection processes in cities and districts.
