The developers of Dungeons & Dragons: Dark Alliance (from 39,99€ at pre-order) have released a trailer showing excerpts from a boss fight against a “Beholder” (Hagedorn) shows.
Dungeons & Dragons: Dark Alliance is an action role-playing game set in the D&D universe. The biggest difference to the predecessors is of course the perspective, because in contrast to the Diablo-typical, isometric view, you will control the D&D characters from the pursuer’s perspective – of course with the obligatory camera problems. Up to four players can plunge into the hack & slay action together, with the developers talking about dynamic co-op. You can find more details here.
The game from Tuque Games (Livelock), Wizards Studio and Wizards of the Coast will be released on June 22, 2021 for PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X | S. The upgrade to the respective next-gen console should be free of charge. The standard version will cost 40 euros. The physical Steelbook Edition and the digital Deluxe Edition for 60 euros also include an artbook, the soundtrack, a weapon set and the first expansion “Echoes of the Blood War”.
