RESULTS OF THE OPTION TO RECEIVE THE SCRIP DIVIDEND FOR THE 1ST QUARTER 2021

Ad hoc announcement – Jersey, March 26, 2021. Atrium European Real Estate Limited (VSE / Euronext: ATRS) (“Atrium” or the “Company” and together with its subsidiaries the “Atrium Group”), a leading owner, Operator and new developer of shopping centers and retail properties in Central Europe, announces that as part of the Scrip Dividend program, 46.4% of the shares have chosen to receive the dividend for the first quarter of 2021 as a scrip dividend, leading to the issue of 4,560,813 new shares.

Between March 15, 2021 and March 26, 2021, shareholders had the option to choose to receive the dividend for the first quarter of 2021 in the form of a scrip dividend. If the respective shareholder has not made a choice, the dividend for the first quarter of 2021 will be paid out as a cash dividend. Both the scrip dividend and the cash dividend will be paid out to shareholders on March 31, 2021.
