Razer has just announced that it will actually sell its smart face mask. Now comes another product that doesn’t seem to quite fit into the range of the manufacturer, who is known for gaming mice and keyboards.

The “Razer Reusable Straw” is a reusable straw. Even if it triggers a “wtf” reaction at first, it somehow makes sense. Razer is increasingly trying to put its green and black stamp on everyday products and wearables and to score with sustainability. The sustainability aspect is also emphasized with the smart face mask.

No lighting

Unsurprisingly, the straw is in the company colors green and black. However, there are no RGB lighting effects that are typical for Razer hardware.

The straw is made of stainless steel and has a silicone mouthpiece. It comes with a carrying case that can be attached to a backpack or bag with a carabiner. A cleaning brush is also included.

The Simpsons predicted it

The straw is retractable, which Razer calls “innovative design”. However, this already occurs in a Simpsons episode from the year 2000. Homer pulls out a case, takes out an extendable straw and sucks a wedding cake with it.

The Razer straw costs 25 euros and will be delivered from April 9th.
