- One doctor after another returns to the series “Grey’s Anatomy”.
- According to “McDreamy” and Dr. April Kepner has Dr. Lexie Gray made a guest appearance.
- The fans of the hospital series are thrilled.
Did the writers of “Grey’s Anatomy” use the scalpel beforehand and cut the actress Chyler Leigh in her role as Dr. Lexie Gray left the series a few seasons ago, the character is now returning for a guest appearance on the upcoming episode. This can be seen in a short preview that the US broadcaster ABC published on YouTube. The episode is scheduled to air on April 1st in the United States.
Leigh played the half-sister of Meredith Gray (Ellen Pompeo) in seasons three through eight of Grey’s Anatomy. The fans are apparently excited about the return of one of their favorites. In the comments, one user said, for example: “Chyler Leigh is back !!! That’s a pleasant surprise.” Another user said that he was “so happy” that he shed tears of joy while writing the comment.
There was also a reunion with “McDreamy” and George O’Malley
The 17th season of the series already came up with some guest appearances by popular ex-characters. Among others, Patrick Dempsey returned as Dr. Derek Shepherd aka “McDreamy” and TR Knight as Dr. George O’Malley back. Just recently, ABC had confirmed that Sarah Drew, known as Dr. April Kepner, back on the set.
The episodes of the 17th season of “Grey’s Anatomy” can be seen on German TV from April 28th on ProSieben – always on Wednesdays at prime time. A week beforehand, the episodes should go online with the in-house streaming service Joyn.
