Despite compulsory testing, wearing a mask, keeping your distance and other corona rules. The airlines and airports are not giving up hope. Zurich Airport is now also publishing its summer flight schedule with tempting destinations. But: “Changes to the flight plan due to the corona pandemic are possible at any time,” says the press release.
Nevertheless: If everything goes well, from March 28th, with the start of summer time, the following dream destinations will be on again: the Caribbean and the Mediterranean. Various city trips are also on the program.
Jamaica or Greece?
The Edelweiss airline is adding Jamaica to its Caribbean range. From May to October, the airline offers a weekly flight to Montego Bay via Punta Cana.
You can also look forward to European beaches. Condor flies up to 28 times a week from Zurich to Ibiza, Palma de Mallorca, Tenerife and Gran Canaria. Greece (Crete, Kos, Rhodes), Cyprus (Larnaca) and Sardinia (Olbia) are also on the program.
Those who prefer to go on a city break or visit Legoland in Denmark will get their money’s worth. Swiss brings passengers to the Estonian capital Tallinn and Billund in Denmark. The number is still manageable: Swiss is to take off in this direction twice a week. If nothing comes up, the flight schedule is valid until October 31st. (vnf)
