AOC is actually a supplier of displays and gaming monitors. With the GH200 and GH300 models, the company is now bringing two gaming headsets onto the market, thereby expanding its portfolio.
The over-ear headsets should convince with a slim and light design, as announced by AOC. According to the manufacturer, both models have a detachable microphone, braided cable, inline remote control and 50-millimeter driver. The drivers should offer a frequency range of 20 Hertz to 20 Kilohertz and an impedance of 32 ohms. Ear pads made of protein synthetic leather and memory foam as well as the adjustable steel slider on the headband are supposed to ensure wearing comfort.
The GH200 model from AOC has a 2 meter long, braided cable and a 3.5 millimeter jack plug. This allows the model to be connected to PCs, consoles or mobile devices. “The subtle gun metal finish of the GH200 goes well with other PC components and looks great when making video calls in the home office or in online lessons,” announced AOC.

The sister model GH300, on the other hand, comes with a USB cable. The sound should have studio quality with 24 bit / 96 Khz. With the virtual 7.1 surround sound capability, gamers should be able to determine exactly where the noises in the game are coming from, as AOC reports: “Today’s sound design can of course not be compared with that of the past. It gives the player the necessary auditory feedback and completes the immersion created by the visual representation. ” The headset should also be well suited for watching movies. The cover of the GH300 is equipped with RGB lighting. This is controlled by an inline remote control.

Both headsets should be available from May – the GH200 model for an RRP of 49 francs and the GH300 for 59 francs.
