Portugal captain Cristiano Ronaldo beside himself after losing the winning goal against Serbia

Offensive star Cristiano Ronaldo raged against the wrong decision of the referee team in stoppage time after the Portuguese lost the winning goal in the World Cup qualifier against Serbia (2: 2) (the scene here in the video).

The Juventus attacker scored 3-2 in the third minute of stoppage time after Portugal surrendered a 2-0 lead. Serbia’s Stefan Mitrovic cleared the ball well behind the line, referee Danny Makkelie did not give the goal. No VAR is used in the World Cup qualification.

Ronaldo could not believe the decision, complained to the assistant and was then warned by the referee. After the final whistle, the superstar stormed off, gesticulating wildly and threw his captain’s armband to the ground.
