Microsoft’s Edge browser, which is based on Chromium, is not only available for Windows, but also for macOS and Linux. If you use Microsoft Edge in its dev version under Linux, there are now new options, provided you log in with your Microsoft account and want to synchronize content.
Microsoft Edge on Linux now offers the ability to sign in with the Microsoft account and sync favorites, passwords, extensions and more. By default, sign-in and syncing are turned off, but turning them on is easy.
Go to edge: // flags in the address bar and look for and activate the experimental setting “MSA sign in”. Activate this and restart the browser. Then you can log in. Microsoft describes it again here and also provides solutions for problems along the way.
