The Zwölferkogel showed itself from its best side on Saturday with perfect weather and ideal conditions.

It was important to find a good line and not push too much. “It was difficult against Vincent today, but I tried. The piste was great to ski and it was fun, ”says Beat Feuz. Matthias mayer also landed on the podium again in Saalbach. He is satisfied with 3rd place, but is realistic about the World Cup final in two weeks: “It was a great race for me today. Vincent and Beat had a perfect run. I tried my best, but they were both faster. There is still one race to come. In theory, it is still possible for me to win the overall World Cup. But basically you can already congratulate Beat, ”he says in the ORF interview.
