Vienna (OTS) – The first eight candidates for the final shows have been announced – and up to 557,000 did not want to miss the first “Starmania 21” semifinals on March 26, 2021 live on ORF 1. The presentation of the songs was followed by an average of 500,000 viewers at 8.15 p.m. with a market share of 16 percent and 22 percent each in the young target groups. “The decision” was seen by an average of 464,000 with an 18 percent market share and 21 and 26 percent among the young viewers. 2.736 million (widest circle of viewers) have seen the first five issues of “Starmania 21” so far, which corresponds to 36 percent of the domestic TV population aged 12 and over.
These eight candidates bought the ticket for the final shows:
Vanessa Dulhofer: The 16-year-old student comes from Traiskirchen in Lower Austria.
Anna Heimrath: The 24-year-old barista and artist comes from Graz.
David Mannhart: The student from Trumau in Lower Austria is 15 years old.
Fred Owusu: The 24-year-old student (primary level teacher at KPH Graz) lives in Graz.
Johannes Pietsch: The 19-year-old Viennese is a civil servant and studies English and geography.
Philip Piller: The 26-year-old singer and street musician comes from Vienna.
Allegra Tinnefeld: The 15-year-old student and actress comes from Vienna.
Julia Wastian: The 18-year-old student (media and communication) comes from Brückl in Carinthia.
